The micro-areas that this reality of Agrigentine Sicily, where the vineyards have always been part of the territory, give the white wine "C'D'C Terre Siciliane IGP" those emotions that are typical of landscapes rich in historical charm. Modernity however emerges in knowing how to assemble white vines that make up this wine to make it current towards a market that loves being able to drink the truth of certain places.
The soils are composed of chalk and limestone, to provide the wine not only with the radiance and warmth of this island, but also with the deep soul that is given by minerals and low yield per hectare.
The ""C'D'C’ Cristo di Campobello Bianco" 2018" 2018, aged only in steel, opens to the nose with that expressive linearity that has always been the heritage of Baglio del Cristo di Campobello, where olfactory cleanliness is made fragrant by aromas of fruit fresh white and floral scents always expressed with the linearity of those who live in these lands so dense with tradition.
The balance to the taste is given by the never invasive acidity and by those notes of citrus fruits which are mixed in the mouth with flavors of Mediterranean herbs and spices to obtain a final of pleasantness but of very long impact and harmony.
The whole of this wine, taking its history and derivation, we can enhance it with an initial pairing with panelle or omelettes to make then an intriguing first course based on fish couscous.
