Simplicity has never been so pleasant. This sparkling wine of Cantina di Custoza’s “Terre in Fiore” organic line is produced from Garganega, Tocai Friulano, Trebbiano Toscano grapes raised in the Custoza area under a certified organic regime. A Veronese excellence that meets nature and tells the story of a place and its traditions, thanks to a very pleasant expression of organic sparkling wine, that is fresh, fragrant but above all with its own identity.
Fermented and vinified in autoclave according to the Martinotti method, it preserves the aromaticity and aromas typical of the varieties, identifying a bouquet developed around an expressive and linear stylistic code. The sip is generous,  with a soft taste background with a wide texture and good persistence.

This is a wine of the senses to be enjoyed in a combination with an Italian aperitif.
